A compelling opportunity for a Corporate Tax Compliance Manager to lead a highly successful team within a highly successful accountancy practice. This role will suit an ambitious Corporate Tax Compliance Manager who is keen to make an impact, add value, and progress quickly. My client is a rapidly growing global multidisciplinary consultancy who plan to further expand their Corporate Tax services offering. Their client base has increased exponentially; each demanding greater assistance with increasingly complex regulatory and tax compliance requirements. As such my client is keen to hire a Corporate Tax Compliance Manager who has drive, passion and personality, to be based in any of their offices across the Midlands. You will lead, coach and mentor a team of high calibre Corporate Tax Compliance specialists, and you will lead on a broad portfolio of quality clients ranging from medium to large businesses and groups of companies across most sectors, locally. Client engagements may include technical areas such as interest rate restructure, loss relief etc, aswell as completing client tax returns for Partner review. You will also work in collaboration with the Corporate Tax advisory team identifying opportunities where clients may require further tax planning related advice and services around exit planning, R&D, share schemes, due diligence and mergers & acquisitions.
