My client is a well-established, large business, they have a fun and friendly feel within the office. They are currently looking for a Billings Clerks to join their finance function. This role would suit an individual with existing experience or a Graduate with some finance experience looking to kick start their finance career. Job Description Bill according to company guidelines. Raise /escalate any areas of concern regarding unauthorised expenditure including errors, overspend and duplication Resolve queries with relevant parties. Prioritise and reply to customers in a timely manner. Run Billing Team reports, as requested. Resolve any resulting issues as requested. Carry out month end billing checks as directed by the finance manager, including clearing any unbilled works monthly. Raise invoices in a timely manner. Follow and contribute to team processes and procedures. Contribute to the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the accounts function.
