ob Role: Accounts Assistant-Permanent role and a quick start for the right candidate Do you enjoying working in Accounts and do you have experience with Sage and Excel? Do you have experience in working with Purchase Ledger, processing invoices and inputting of Payroll?

Salary:
£16,000-17,000 plus Company benefits, pension scheme and free car parking Working 4 days a week between 30-32 hours-flexibility for the right candidate

Leicester The Opportunity A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a small and friendly team. This is a great opportunity to join a progressive Company with exciting future prospects. My Client is a well-established business in Leicester with a rewarding and positive outlook for the right person The Role You will have a methodical approach to work and be capable of following procedure to the letter and liaise confidently with both internal and external staff. You will have experience of working in a similar role and you need to have experience with Sage, ideally Sage Line 50, excel, Word and Outlook. Payroll is part of this role, it is outsourced so you will be mainly inputting with regards to Payroll. Key Tasks
• Day to day running of Accounts Admin-Filing, answering telephone calls, taking messages, responding to e-mails on a daily basis
• Processing daily, weekly, monthly invoicing & checking of these invoices
• Preparing and sending customer statements
• Processing of high volume invoices
• Statement reconciliations
• Supplier statements
• Inputting Payroll information into Excel and assisting with spreadsheets
• The Candidate The successful candidate will be:-
• Previous experience in an Accounts role is essential at least 2 years and ideally Purchase Ledger and Payroll
• Pro-active in your approach
• Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experienced with Sage line 50 and Excel
• You will be energetic and inquisitive and have excellent office management skills
• Confident at communicating with people at all levels
• Resilience and drive to get things right the first time
