A chance to join an expanding finance team in Luton as an Assistant Management Accountant has been registered exclusively with NLB Solutions. The Assistant Management Accountant will be working with 2 accountants and be supported by a team of transactional staff. The business is happy to look at someone studying ACCA or CIMA, qualified by experience or AAT qualified. The role requires someone that has experience of working on SAP and good excel skills whilst also being able to demonstrate the experience as outlined in the duties below. The company have recently moved on to SAP and so would ideally like SAP experience but have a proven track record of promoting within and the line manager is an individual that is keen to see people grow and develop in their careers and skill sets. Duties: Monthly stock reconciliations Assist with preparation of audit pack and year end audit and documentation Support the day to day running of the finance team alongside the senior Management Accountant Assist in preparing annual budgets Preparing weekly margin reports with commentary Assist with EC Sales listing, intrastat and VAT returns Monthly bank reconciliations Support the month end process (balance sheet and P&L) Ad-hoc reports for management Person spec: Good excel skills (pivots and look ups) SAP experience (desirable) Team player and committed
