This is a varied role for a large market leading company. Responsibilities Match/Batch invoices Carry out invoice matching process Review and progress held invoices weekly report. Remove holds from invoices where authority has been received from the relevant buyer. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed Perform supplier statement reconciliation's and follow up on any discrepencies Produce ad hoc reports and information as requested by management or customers Maintain annual agreements on leased items, utilities register. Requirements Have relevant Accounts Payable experience Be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail Have the ability to work under pressure and to work to demanding deadlines Good communication skills. Ability to deliver a high level of customer service Ability to work under own initiative and as a team member.
