Job Description Job Description :- Assess, Evaluate, Specify and ensure Regulatory notifications issued are permeated within the Regulatory framework Evaluate and assess procedures Implement policies ; procedures in line with regulatory and statutory notifications received into our business framework. Vetting business models proposed by sales Review the implications of regulatory notifications received with stakeholders to mitigate Regulatory risk. Evaluate and assess business procedures to ensure no agent, intermediary or any other entity prescribed by the Authority is empanelled without signing the Legal and Compliance approved agreement. Evaluate and assess agreements to ensure regulatory obligations are appropriately build into the agreements to mitigate regulatory risk. Implement and ensure strict adherence to license issuance procedures E valuate corporate agent and Referral applications for prompt licence issuance to meet the business requirements Standardize licensing procedures to ensure zero exception Implement complete end to end procedures Evaluate and comprehend circulars and notifications issued from regulatory authorities Respond to queries raised Ensuring timely regulatory filings Maintain an effective communication program for the organization by creating Regulatory awareness on Legal and Compliance Management Portal.
