JD IS BELOW: Accordingly preparing invoices of all products of that particular month and taking out hard copies with an appropriate annexure 3 Sort out all bills location wise and then courier/ hand deliver it to proper location and braches 4 Confirmation of receivable of bills with branches and co- ordinate with branches for the same 5 Follow up for an Invoice Status with all branches i e submission of hard copies to respective clients 6 Recollecting the acknowledgement copies of all bills and maintaining the file for collection purpose 7 Tele calling for client confirmation i e for receivable of bills If not make an arrangement for the same Accordingly preparing invoices of all products of that particular month and taking out hard copies with an appropriate annexure sort out all bills location wise and then courier/ hand deliver it to proper location and branches.
