Working with a large variety of businesses from various industries, our client helps businesses in assessing and qualifying their R&D activity and taking care of their R&D tax relief with HMRC. Joining a small but highly professional team consisting of R&D Consultants and Certified Tax Advisors you work together to grow the business further and manage a portfolio of clients. As the Innovation Reliefs and Incentives Manager you will attend client meetings and ascertain what is eligible for R&D and advise clients accordingly. You will take responsibility for preparing R&D claims for submission to HMRC and liaise and respond with HMRC regarding any queries on behalf of clients. We are looking for people with expert knowledge in UK Innovation Reliefs and Incentives, who have experience in submitting R&D claims with HMRC and responding to HMRC enquiries and know the different claim methodologies over a wide range of industries. You will also need the following: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and being capable of communicating confidently and knowledgably with clients of senior management and conduct structured discussions Have strong report writing skills and know how to produce and review high quality documentation prior to HMRC submission. Strong time management skills and able to successfully manage multiple projects at one time.
