Credit Controller: Part Time Flexible hours 20-30/week £20k Pro Rota (£10.25/Hr) Exeter Ref: 13329 My client, a well-established and independent family run business, are seeking to recruit an experienced and confident Credit Controller, to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to senior management, this role will demand responsibility for chasing 3rd parties for money owed to the organisation. This opportunity will suit a seasoned Credit Controller who has a tenacious and proactive approach to collecting debt. Your tasks and as a Credit Controller include: Confident telephone manner Collection of consumer debts Liaising with debt collection companies and insurance companies Chasing insurance claims Making adjustments (debit/credit journals) on accounting system Resolving chargeback debts with financial institutions (banks, credit card issuers) Qualities: Must be able to work as part of a team. Must be focused and dedicated. Professional telephone manner. Strong work ethic. Good computer skills (Microsoft suite). Good with figures. excellent written communication skills
