My client is a building and construction organisation based in Enfield. They have been successful for over 20 years and are planning to continue that growth. They are looking for an experiences accounts assistant to join their busy team and help with the vision of growth for the future.
Description
The responsibilities of the accounts assistant include:
- daily bank reconciliations
- processing of invoices daily
- BACs payments
- nominal ledger
- purchase ledger and sales ledger tasks
- queries from customers and clients
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- have experience in an accounts assistant role previously
- be hard working and enthusiastic about a finance role
- have excel experience such as V look-ups and pivot tables
