Role: Senior Administrator - Corporate Secretarial/Accounting:

Accounting: to provide a full suite of fund accounting and financial reporting services to a portfolio of clients;

Company Secretarial: to provide a full suite of legal and secretarial services to a portfolio of clients;

Description

Key responsibilities of the Senior Administrator - Corporate Secretarial/Accounting

Accountancy:

  • Working within a team on all aspects of divisional administration, accounting and reporting;

  • Ensuring that all bookkeeping tasks and reconciliations are completed in timely manner;

  • Preparation of Net Asset Value calculation for client's entities, budget calculation and consolidation of those entities when required;

  • Responsibility for preparation of Management Accounts and Financial Statements;

  • Active invlovement for audit planning and implementing appropriate completion milestones;

  • Be in daily correspondence with clients and attend to all queries accurately and efficiently;

  • Liaising with third parties such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and investment managers as required;

  • Assitance with preparation and attendance of meetings;

  • Assitsing with transaction management such as the aquisition/dosposal of investments, re-fianancing and new investors;

  • Liaison with the accounting teams and other support teams to ensure customer deadlines are met;

  • Arranging payments and work on relevant banking platforms, settlement of invoices and reconciliation of payment logs and approvals;

  • Monitoring tasks on internal systems to ensure completion on a timely basis

Corporate Secretarial:

  • Liaising with third parties such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and investment managers as required;

  • Assisting with preparation of meetings;

  • Organising, holding and taking minutes for meetings;

  • Arranging bank payments;

  • Drafting of invoices and arranging settlements;

  • Conducting reconciliation of payment logs and approvals;

  • Maintaining preparation and implementation of customer specific procedures;

  • Monitoring of tasks on Console to ensure completion on a timely basis;

  • Assisting with the collation of due diligence and customer take on procedures;

  • Completing periodic reviews on an annual basis;

  • Assisting with transaction management such as the acquisition/disposal of property and re-financing;

  • Providing training/mentoring to junior members of the team;

  • Liaison with the accounts/admin team to ensure customer deadlines are met;

  • Monitoring of WIP and billing in accordance with fee agreements.

Profile

Requirements of the Senior Administrator - Corporate Secretarial/Accounting

Skills / experience requirements

  • Professional ICSA, ACCA (or equivalent) qualification or studying towards;

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the industry;

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills;

  • An understanding of local statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements for example Anti-Money Laundering laws;

  • Motivated and driven.

Job Offer

Looking to pay between £30,000-£40,000 with a comprehensive benefits package. This is flexible dependent on experience and suitability to the role.
