Property Accountant vacancy to work for investment firm in Hammersmith

Your new company
Property investment firm specialising in hospitality sector based in West London


Your new role
Diverse role covering financial reporting, month end, ledgers and fixed assets.

This will include
Accounting for all internal and property entities
CIS payments
Accounting for treasury
VAT returns
Monthly bank reconciliations

Fixed asset register
Processing tenant billing
Processing payable invoices
Intercompany accounts
Month end and assisting with annual audit


What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in finance, strong Excel, excellent interpersonal skills. This will include preparing VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations, month end, together with a basic understand of rent/service charge accounts (experience not required) and new the IFRS 16 regulations. A finance related degree would also be preferable
