Finance Business Partner

Your new company
A FTSE 100 insurance company is looking to recruit a finance business to work closely with the business unit MD to drive profitability within the business. This is a great opportunity to join an internationally renowned insurer, based in one of the cities most iconic buildings.

Your new role
This role will take financial ownership over the P&L, and be responsible for supporting delivery and understanding of these results and in turn use this information to support forecasting and planning. Sitting as part of the business line leadership team, this role will help shape the long term strategic outlook and provide decision support on new deals and renewals working closely with the wider business to optimise profit.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with previous insurance or financial services experience preferred. You will need to possess excellent communication skills and have the gravitas to genuinely influence stakeholders and drive strategic goals. You will be a motivated, self-starter capable of managing your own time effectively to produce the desired outcomes.
