Assistant Accountant job in Droitwich needed to cover maternity leave paying around £28,000

Your new company
A European organisation based in Droitwich are looking to recruit someone on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave for approx 9-12 months. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with 30 mins for lunch = 37.5 hours per week. My client is looking for someone to start on 15th April so please only apply if you are available on/around that date.

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director, your duties will include but not limited to taking control of the monthly reporting, profit and loss balance sheets, journals, fixed asset registers and taking all transactions to trail balance.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position you will need to have experience within a finance team and be confident with the above duties as it will be you will be responsible for those tasks. Ideally you will have started ACCA, ACA or CIMA so you have an understanding on the role and duties required.
