Accounts Assistant - 12 Month FTC
Page Personnel are working with a well established business based in Alsager, recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
A well known business, with exciting growth plans, are looking for Accounts Assistant.
As an Accounts Assistant you will be reporting into the Finance Manager, responsible for assisting with the purchase and sales ledger processing.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: raise weekly and monthly sales ledger invoices; ensure all subcontractor invoices are processed; respond to and resolve queries; manage credit notes; identify opportunities for process improvement.
The successful candidate will:
- Have recent knowledge of working in an AP or AR role - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
