Accounts Payable Clerk
Page Personnel are working with a well established company, based in Northwich, recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.
A well known Financial Services business, with a reputation for staff retention, are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.
This role will suit someone with an understanding of accounts, looking for a foot in the door of a large finance business. You will receive full training and AAT Study Support Package, and the role will grow and develop with further responsibilities.
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the Accounts Payable Function.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: review, analyse and process overheads from purchase requisition to invoice matching stage; process supplier payments and statements; bank reconciliations; assist in preparation of management information and KPIs; assist with sales ledger administration where necessary.
The successful candidate will:
- Have recent knowledge of working in an Admin/Accounts Admin role - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have excellent attention to detail - Essential
