My client is a well known fashion and retail brand based location wise in the City of London.

Description

Part Time Accounts Assistant

• Role working part time, 2 days per week, flexible to work 3 potentially during busy periods of the year (Jan - Feb, Jul-Aug for example). Flexible on which days are worked.
• SME business background preferable, 15 in the office, 3 in finance
• Using Sage accountancy system
• Input and matching of invoices
• Multi-currency bank reconciliations - Euros, USD and sterling.
• Reconciliations are volumous and will take 1 day per currency
• Invoice information data entry
• Quarterly VAT
• location is City of London

Profile

To be successful in the Part Time Accounts Assistant role you must be able to start Monday 18th March and be able to work in the location of City, EC.

You must have worked previously as a Part Time Accounts Assistant, want to work in the retail industry.

You must be able to complete multiple bank reconciliation and process AP and AR invoices.

Job Offer

In return for securing the Part Time Accounts Assistant role you will have an indefinite duration and secure a £12-15 per hour.
