Credit Risk Underwriter - Cardiff £23,000 - £27,000

Your new company are a well established provider of Financial Services based in Cardiff Bay.

Your new role
You will be responsible for reviewing requests for trade credit insurance cover from both new and existing customers. Includes financial and industry sector analysis, applying underwriting principles and procedures to manage a risk portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be educated to degree level and possess the ability to analyse financial statements as well as external reports. The ability to work under pressure and independently with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work with MS Office applications, particularly Excel is essential.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary in the region of £23,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience. An excellent range of benefits includes 35.5 days annual leave (including bank holidays), Bonus scheme, pension, flexi hours, subsidised parking, subsidised canteen and on-site gym.
