Interim Financial Accountant

Your new company
Our client is a property real estate investment trust based in Central London. They are looking for a Financial Accountant to join them for an initial 3-6-month period, but there is the potential for it to go on longer.

Your new role
As Financial Accountant you will be helping to prepare the accounts before their audit. You will be responsible for preparing the accounts for up to 15 entities under IFRS and FRS 102. You will also be getting involved in management accounts and some budgeting and forecasting.

What you'll need to succeed
You need to be a fully qualified accountant with previous experience within the property retail sector. You need to have strong management accounts skills and be able to consider a temp-perm opportunity. You must be a hard-working team player who is ready to get stuck in and join the business at an exciting time.

You will receive competitive payment of £250-£300 p/d and be based in a great Central London location. You will be working at a successful and exciting real estate investment trust with the possibility of the role going permanent.
