Your new company

Your new role
One or two days per week you will be responsible for providing a focus on their cash and cash flows, implementing a more formal and detailed reporting process and getting a more professional structure in place. They currently employ an on-site bookkeeper who has been responsible for the accounts of the business so far, however as the business grows rapidly, they seek to implement stronger and more formal processes and reporting standards. They operate very much so as a family business so they are looking for you to partner with the current bookkeeper and work together on improving their cashflows and reporting standards.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous track record in a similar role will ultimately lead to your success here. You will be a qualified, hands on and astute Financial Controller with a down-to-earth approach and a proven work history of improving processes and reporting whilst training and developing staff internally. They describe themselves very much so as a "Family" with a very positive atmosphere and a work hard play hard kind of environment.
