Finance Director

Your new company
I am working with a high growth international recruitment company looking to recruit a Finance Director to manage the London based finance function. This is a growing business that has invested in its people and infrastructure to support its ambitious plans over the next few years. Operating with a truly global presence and in a high paced environment it presents an exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress in their career.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the finance team of 6 in London. A key element of the role will be dealing with the businesses large, global contract worker base ensuring they are managed appropriately. Reporting directly into the owner of the company you will be able to add value to key decisions and help to drive and inform strategy in the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with previous recruitment sector experience highly desirable. You will need previous experience of managing a large volume of international contract workers and an excellent knowledge of international tax and vat rules and experience operating in a multi-currency environment.
