Job Details
This is a part time position. As a credit controller you will report directly into the credit control team leader. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients which is spread across the whole of the UK and proactive chase any outstanding invoices.You will also look to build strong client relationships and offer clients a high level of customer service ensuring any account or invoice query is resolved in a timely manner

Description
The duties of the credit controller will include but not limited to :
- Proactively chasing outstanding invoices via telephone and email
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Resolving account and invoice queries in a timely manner
- Aged debt report on a monthly basis
- Offering a high level of customer service to clients
- Ensuring the sales ledger is kept tidy and up to date
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Previous credit control experience
- Ability to build long lasting internal and external relationships
- Strong customer service background
- Strong organisational skills
- Proactive and professional attitude
- Good Excel and IT skills
Job Offer
On offer for the right candidate is an annual salary upto £18,000 pro rata working 2 days per week + pension + career progression + parking
