Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Debtors and Creditors.
  • Recording, research, and correct discrepancies.
  • Each week prepare AP listing what is due to be paid and submit for review.
  • Invoicing Customers.
  • Prepare invoices to customers.
  • Ensure proper paperwork is complete for documents being sent internationally.
  • Assist Inventory Manager in the shipping documents.
  • Liaise with freight company for shipping.
  • Time reporting.
  • Business Expense Credit Card recording.
  • Assist in visa applications for staff.
  • Maintain continual compliance with the corporate records retention policy.
  • Keeping track of bond and export compliance filings.
  • Telephone operator rotation & assistance with walk in guests.
  • Assist in standardising process and analysis across all entities.
  • Mail and post processing.
  • Order and restock office supplies.
  • Provide support to all visitors.

Successful Candidate:

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent organisational and task/project management skills.
  • Moderate proficiency with standard office software, such as Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to overcome obstacles to drive change.
