Job Details

An Interim Finance Manager role working for a commercial arm of a public sector organisation. A varied role across elements of financial accounts and management accounts as well as some travel across the Yorkshire area to support a number of key stakeholders.

A well established public sector organisation with a development commercial arm based in Leeds, but with sites across the Yorkshire area.

Description

As an Interim Finance Manager role you will use your accountancy skills to support the commercial arm of a public sector organisation.

This is a role created to backfill a role that is to become vacant as a result of a promotion.

Key areas of delivery will include:

  • Role will be to supporting the business in a very target driven environment with lots of deadlines to meet.

  • This role is based in Leeds with parking, but there are various sites across the Yorkshire area to meet, so there will be a requirement to get out and about across the area as required.

  • You will be responsible for commercial templates returns on a monthly basis and also with ensuring that the audit process runs smoothly.

  • You will also present information to senior managers.

Profile

Ideally candidates will be fully qualified ( ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CIPFA ) or will have extensive practice experience of operating as an interim finance manager.

An equivalent salary to c£35,000 - 45,000 depending on relevant experience
