Company Accountant - Small Manufacturing Business - Based in Stockport - Up to £35,000


Your new company
A small manufacturing business based in Stockport are looking to recruit a Company Accountant to join there business. This company is a market leader in their industry and supply to some excellent blue chip companies. This company has great USP's which include promoting work life balance along with an excellent and tailored customer service.

Your new role
This role reports in the Finance Director who sits across a group of companies. This role plays an integral role in making sure the finance function runs smoothly and efficiently. The role will involve preparing monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, taking full control of the transactional accounting process. This role also covers ad-hoc office administration duties such as organising office insurance and managing the facilities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience of working in a similar role to above and ideally within a small manufacturing business - but that is not essential. You will be either AAT quailfied or part qualified CIMA/ACCA. You will need to happy to work within a role that is hands on and autonomous. You will to have good Excel skills and excellent communication skills.
