KCR Solutions are currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant for our client in Alnwick. They are ideally looking for someone who has experience using Sage software. The successful candidate will earn £23,000 - £25,000 and there will be flexibility for someone looking from 25 hours up to full-time.

Responsibilities:
Inputting and processing purchase invoices Sending invoices out for authorisation Processing of supplier payments Batch processing of completed invoices Supplier statement reconciliations Processing monthly credit card reconciliations Proactively deal with supplier and internal customer queries Be proactive during daily tasks to ensure process issues are highlighted and changed if required Assist the accountant during internal/external audit inspections Producing month end reports as required General Office Administration Any other ad-hoc duties Liaising with other departments when necessary
