Job Details

As a sales ledger analyst you will be working within a busy finance team where you will use your expertise to manage all operational aspects of the accounts receivable and specific allocated customer accounts.

You will be working for a well established and renowned organisation who have experienced year on year growth and now looking to expand their business internationally.

Description

The role of the sales ledger analyst will include but not limited to :

  • Maintaining all aspects of the accounts receivable ledger
  • Processing of customer invoices accurately
  • Handling and resolving account/invoice queries
  • Maintain a high level of customer services
  • Reconciling data ensuring unbilled volumes are kept to a minimum
  • Maintenance & verification of sales ledger data
  • Improving internal process to streamline the department

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • High level of organisational skills - Essential
  • The ability to to maintain excellent attention to detail in a fast paced environment - Essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Essential
  • Ability to reconcile data from multiple sources - Essential
  • A good level of IT Literacy - Essential
  • Working knowledge of Oracle - Desirable
  • AAT qualification - Desirable
  • High level of customer service - essential
  • Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships - essential

Job Offer

On offer for the right candidate is a annual salary of £22,000 + 25 days holiday + free on-site car parking + study support + pension + private health care
