Page Personnel are working with an exciting business based in South Manchester, close to Wythenshawe, recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
Client Details
A well established business, with further exciting growth plans, are recruiting an AAT studier to join their team.
Description
As an Accounts Assistant, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for assisting with the running of the accounts function.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: processing invoices; reconciling delivery notes; payment rungs; responding to and resolving queries; monthly supplier statement reconciliations; banking; petty cash; assist with weekly sales reporting; cash flow; processing journals; VAT returns.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be studying towards AAT - or have equivalent experience - Highly Beneficial
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have recent knowledge of working in a finance role - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
