Customer Service Analyst in Bracknell

Your new company

My client is a blue chip technology business based in Bracknell who are currently looking for a Customer Service Analyst to join their busy team. The office is easily accessible with onsite parking and is a bright and open place to work, with a friendly team. My client is looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills, SAP experience and intermediate/advanced Excel.

Your new role

  • Supporting day to day and development activities for the Service operational teams. Liaising with Finance teams to ensure finance data accuracy is maintained. Being a specific point of contact with the finance team.
  • To collaborate with other European teams to maintain and develop reporting platforms and structures as well as offering local support
  • To produce monthly management reporting showing key performance indicators for the whole division, external reporting to the organisation network and other relevant external stakeholders.
  • To provide robust, accurate and timely product reliability information and feedback to company domains for the purpose of factory support across product groups and feedback for product development
  • Develop mechanisms to monitor and review performance within the department to increase root cause data and implement corrective actions. Use latest technology to automate reporting and improve efficiency.
  • Business planning: Analysing cost management and service spend per product category to manage future costs and tackle potential areas of risk; feeding back to product managers, finance and the sales department. Make proposals for service improvements and cost reduction initiations working alongside the Service Development Manager.
  • Strategy: Working with senior management and other stakeholders to continuously monitor the service strategy; incorporating new products launched and competitor analysis
  • Customer Service: Ensure channels for communications are effective and are proactively managed through feedback analysis; developing innovative solutions for our customers.
  • Project Support

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous analysis experience
  • Management insight reporting
  • The ability to work with and manage large sets of raw data
  • SAP experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel (pivots, v-lookups, and query writing)
  • Passion and determination to learn
