Hands on FC role for growing business

Your new company
Andover based SME who form part of an international group seek to appoint a hands on Financial Controller to lead the local finance function reporting through a complex structure back to Group Level. Following investment the company seek to double their turnover and subsequently grow the finance function over the coming years.

Your new role
Accountable to the local MD and Group FD you will assume responsibility for the local finance function ensuring all financial & management reports are produced in a timely and accurate manner. You will work with your internal stakeholder group to produce forecasts and budgets, manage the year end audit process whilst controlling the day to day ledgers. As the local operations continue to grow, you will have the opportunity to hire further team members in time. Finally you will play a key role in the adoption of a new group wide ERP tool due to be rolled out at a local level,

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a hands on accountant with exposure to reporting via a more complex international structure. Ideally you will come from a manufacturing or engineering background and have working knowledge of stock, work in progress (WIP) and cost management for example. Exposure to prior ERP tools will be held in high regard.
