Working on emerging markets - specifically Africa and Latin America.

Description
The FC will be responsible for the day to day accounting of their Region.
Managing small teams in country, you will ensure that they deliver timely, accurate and reliable reporting in accordance with local and international reporting standards and with group accounting policy
The FC will also be responsible for cash flow forecasting, treasury management and working capital optimisation.
You will also be responsible for supporting Country Managers and Regional teams with the preparation of the annual budget and mid-year forecast - ensuring strong financial rigour and process.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have a very strong technical background, most likely gained in practice.
They will also have industry experience; ideally having worked with emerging markets.
Managing an International / multi-jurisdictional finance team is essential, as is a keen eye for detail and the ability to be extremely hands on when required.
Strong Financial Accounting is also essential
Fluent English is essential - French or Spanish would be exceptionally useful.
ERP implementation skills would also be beneficial.
