Group FP&A lead in North Oxfordshire, supporting the Group Financial Controller and CFO.

A large multi-national manufacturer in the UK, EU and America.
Description
The Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A Manager) leads & supports the planning & forecasting for the Group, providing timely, accurate and relevant information to the Executive Directors and senior managers throughout the Group.
It will necessarily entail a high degree of commercial interaction with the Group's business units. This role is key to developing a consistent approach to planning & forecasting across the Group
This role has arisen due to an internal move within the finance team.
The role is a key part of the Group Finance function responsible for group forecasting and budgeting, oversight of cash management, support during the year end audit and various other ad hoc tasks. Further detail is provided in the next section.

Job Offer
