Job Details
As a credit controller you will be reporting directly into the credit manager where you will be proactive in chasing outstanding company invoices.You will also be responsible for ensuring that any account and invoice queries are raised and resolved within a timely manner while offering a high level of customer service to the client.

The duties of the credit control will include but not limited to :
- Proactively chasing outstanding debts via telephone and email
- Developing and maintaining both internal and external relationships
- Resolving account and invoice queries in a timely manner
- Reconciliation and cash allocation
- Offer a high level of customer service to clients
- Assist with any general administration duties
