Client Details

I'm currently representing a multi-million turnover organisation in the business services sector.

They are based in Newport and offer free parking.

Description

As a collections advisor based out of the Newport office you will be responsible for B2C and B2B collections.

Key responsibilities:

- Chasing aged debt

- Setting up payment plans

- Building rapport and relationships with customers

- Month-end reporting

- Ability to deliver excellent customer service

Profile

Ideal candidate:

- Experience in collections (collections advisor) / credit control / chasing payments / setting up payment plans

- Effective communicator

- IT literate
