Interim Finance Manager

Hays are currently working with one of the largest housing organisations based in the West Midlands, who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their ever developing finance team.
Your new role
As a Finance Manager, you will support and report directly in to the Director of Finance and Senior Finance Managers. You will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of the work flows for the team, liaising with team leaders to ensure productivity and the reporting of Key Performance Indicators
You will assist Senior Finance Managers in the production of annual financial statements and monthly management accounts whilst also developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external budget holders, statutory bodies and partners. It will also be imperative for you to ensure that the work meets all financial standards and that this can be reflected in the produced financial statements to internal and external auditors.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you must be a qualified or part-qualified (CCAB) individual, with proven experience in team management with the ability to communicate financial information to non-finance staff. You must have advanced Excel skills and have the ability to review processes and implement improvements.
It would be beneficial but not essential if the candidate has worked within a housing organisation before, and is fully qualified.
