Job Details

This role will involve interacting with the group CFO, group CEO and a wide range of external advisors from concept to completion of the acquisition process.

Description

Your day will be a rich mixture of creation and analysis of financial models, liaising with external advisors - lawyers, bankers & accountants as well as conducting viability presentations, involvement in negotiations and completion of projects.

Profile

This role would suit candidates with some experience in M&A, project management and a good understanding of finance.
They will have experience creating complex financial models as well as in-dept analysis of the results.
Forming strong commercial relationships will come naturally as well as the ability to work independently when required.

The successful candidate will take a long term view on this role as they form part of the team as they increase the level of acquisitions that our client aims to complete.

A full accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) is highly desirable but not essential - although experience in finance is a must.
