Hays are working in partnership with a listed financial services company who are seeking a financial accountant within their group finance team. FTSE listed and with hundreds of millions of turnover; to work for this company would be an attractive addition to the CV and will build valuable experience in your finance career.

The role itself involves maintaining profit and balance sheet accounts, authorising journal inputs and dealing with external parties. In addition, the role has an analysis element of preparing performance reports and periodic reports of internal and external customers. You will also be involved in training and developing other team members and build on your managerial skills.

They are seeking a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant, either from an audit practice background first time mover or at least 5 years experience in industry.
