Rent and Service Charge Accountant
An exciting Finance Manager job focusing on rent and service charge paying up to £40,000 + great benefits
Your new role:
Calculate estimated service charges and incorporate this into the annual budgeting process aswell as reviewing activity to revisit service charge forecasts, ensuring correct coding of expenditure and business partnering budget holders to resolve and correct miscodings at source. You will also produce annual Service Charge Statements in line with deadlines specified; process and distribute Service Charge Statements with the support of the Lead Management Accountant.
What you'll need to succeed:
You will have a proven track record of producing service charge accounts and rent reconciliations in a large complex organisation. You will be used to working in a high accuracy and deadline driven environment with a positive attitude to learn and grow your own career as well as your teams.
