Description
Main duties
- Preparing Management accounts
- Prepayments, Accruals and other journals at month end
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Keeping cashflow forecasts updated
- Reviewing credit applications
- Assist in correctly maintaining all accounting records
- Assist in the preparation of various financial statements and reports.
- Processing of Credit notes
- Assist with the preparation of audit materials and interaction with internal and external auditors
Profile
The successful candidate
- have previous experience in a similar role
- be numerate and accurate
- be well organised and tidy
- Strong time management skills / get the task completed approach
- Self-confidence
- Good interpersonal skills & ability to interact at all levels with composure
