Your new company
This recruitment business is part of the Fast Track 100 and has won numerous awards for their performance and they have doubled in size over the last two years. This company is going from strength to strength and are building their finance team to support their growth. They specialise in temporary recruitment so are a fast paced business and have expanded their operations overseas because of the demand they're seeing. They have a flat structure with great exposure to senior leadership, with finance working directly with senior leadership to improve business performance.


Your new role
This is a brand new Finance Manager role which covers a broad range of responsibilities. You would report directly into the Financial Controller who has a wealth of experience in the recruitment sector, and will take ownership of the management accounts for the business reporting to the Directors on a monthly basis. You will be managing up to 5 people, where you will review their work and act as a mentor. You will also be preparing financial analysis on performance as well as helping to forecast business performance and meet budgets.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) and be able to prepare management accounts. Experience working in recruitment would be beneficial but not essential. Management experience is ideal for this role, if not you will need to demonstrate your ability to lead junior members of staff.
