Senior Market Pricing Analyst - Travel Insurance £60k 10% bonus benefits, Southend CJ2433 The role This role is responsible for working with different areas within the business - Underwriting, Commercial and Marketing - to define pricing and conversion models and ensure strategic alignment, with the ultimate aim of delivering profitable business. You will work with the technical pricing team to; develop and maintain the relevant models, improve pricing capability, develop analytical projections - as well as leading the translation of these into practical solutions. You will analyse the wider market, competitors, different types of product, the different current routes to market (including direct, via partners and through aggregators) etc and convert theoretical pricing into "go to market" prices which are constantly reviewed - ensuring pricing remains competitive and profitable. About you You will need to have experience working in a senior pricing position within the Insurance sector (ideally but not essentially travel) as well as with Emblem or another similar programme. You will have used Earnix Integrated pricing and Customer Analytics Software and Google Analytics as well as having knowledge of R. With excellent technical understanding of pricing, statistical, analytical methodologies and strong negotiating and presentation skills, you can manage and analyse data, automate business insight visibility and forecast performance. In addition, you will have strong communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders effectively and lead/manage projects.
