Your new company
An international manufacturing business is actively seeking a finalist or newly qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA accountant with strong commercial acumen and reporting to join their finance team. This is a newly created role that has come about through company growth and internal focus to improve commercial finance visibility throughout the business and will report directly into the Financial Controller and Finance Director.

Your new role
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for providing insight and business intelligence on revenue and cost, which will include creating new reports to demonstrate key variance analysis, COS reporting, stocks valuations and additional ad hoc information to support executive decision-making. Furthermore, you will also be expected to build effective relationships and business partner with relevant senior stakeholders to provide financial advice and recommend efficiencies. Additional core responsibilities will be leading the budgeting and forecasting processes and assist the project management of ERP system upgrades and improvements.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will need to be ACCA/CIMA/ACA finalist or Newly qualified, with strong previous experience in commercial finance, business partnering and management reporting. In Addition, you will need naturally inquisitive, proactive, self-motivation, team player and have a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills and ability to comfortable workloads will also be essential to your success in this role, Experience in the Manufacturing industry, Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBI would be advantageous.
