This is a rare and unique opportunity for a strong newly qualified audit candidate to move into a Transaction Services role. A successful candidate will support transaction services projects and the team, in the performance of hands on fieldwork as well as managing smaller on site project teams; assuming responsibility for briefing, supervising and developing junior staff. As an Executive, a candidate will gain an understanding and experience the field of financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors, and or reporting accountants work. An ideal candidate will have post-graduation professional experience working within transaction advisory services or audit. A candidate must also have strong problem solving skills and an excellent academic background. A 2.1 (or above) undergraduate degree is desirable, in addition to an ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
