You will work closely business partnering across the site identifying commercial opportunities from the production line right through to senior stakeholder and clients.
You will report into a fantastic head of FP&A and will receive a huge amount of support and advice to ensure you maximise the impact you have within this exciting new role!

Description
This role is all about being highly commercial which means looking at costings, labour, production, profit, budgets, distribution and overheads (to name just a few)
Your role will be to add as much commercial value across the business by working collaboratively (business partnering) to improve processes and deliver on the overall business strategy.
Protect the integrity of the data within the rolling supply position to provide an accurate and stable view of our raw supply versus sales forecast. Monitor and highlight material variances week on week to facilitate a more joined up use of raw material and improve the stability and understanding of our sales and raw forecasting
Annual budgeting for both the Fresh and Prepared businesses, to include:
Calculation of the annual cost of raw material, comprising of storage, contracts, imports, free buy and waste by crop group and customer
Calculation of the volume of self-generated raw material available to the business
Profile
The successful candidate will be highly commercial and highly analytical
Have experience of system implementation and accountability of championing the new system
Have experience of financial/scenario analysis of opportunities/risks relating to the planning of raw material
The perfect candidate for this role will be a passionate fully qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a background and experience within Manufacturing. Any candidate with experience of costing, labour costing, stock control, raw materials and extensive experience of NPD costing process will have a huge advantage.
You must be a strong communicator with a real passion and drive to succeed
You must have excellent Excel skills and be comfortable with SAP and similar systems
Experience of system implementation would also be a huge plus but is not essential.
