Our client is part of a large organisation with an office based in Bolton.

Your new role
To ensure external reconciliations of Legacy agencies for AR and AP are completed by the end of the project term, which is no greater than 6 months Scope of Job Reporting to the Financial Controller and Head of Finance. To clean ledgers and provide accurate debtors ledgers for credit control to be able to negotiate settlements of external accounts. Main Duties 1 To correct errors such as duplications/mispostings/incorrect charges 2 Review the unallocated cash to identify overpayment/duplicates and what is refundable to the IP/TPI or from suppliers 3 To match AR to AP 4 To agree all open invoices/ Write off all agreed cases


What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong and indepth reconciliation experience, able to investigate and analyse large quantities of data. Someone who is confident liaising at all levels with a eye for detail.
