Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collection of debt via telephone , email and letter.
- Issuing monthly statements.
- Updating the sales ledger reports for your accounts.
- Posting sales ledger receipts.
- Handling and resolving customer queries.
- Communication of all unresolved issues and disputes in a timely manner.
- Analysing spreadsheet information.
- Administration.
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- Ability to analyse spreadsheets.
- Good interpersonal and telephone skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately and systematically under pressure.
