Description

Key Responsibilities:

• To complete and maintain sales reports.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Set up bank payments.
• Accounts payable function - post invoices onto Sage.
• Set up new suppliers on accounting software.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements.
• Reports on aged debtors and creditors.
• Chase overdue balances.
• Intercompany reconciliations.
• Maintain the fixed asset register.
• Assist with the annual budget preparation.
• Assist with the annual audit.
• EC sales list.
• Witholding tax.
• VAT knowledge.
• Loyaltiess knowledge prefered.
• Other ad hoc duties.

Profile

Successful Candidate:

• Excellent Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritise.
