Management Consultant - Strategic Change

Responsibilities include: 

• Strategy: Assist senior client executives in the facilitation and execution of business strategies, improve operations and performance, and optimise roles and responsibilities;
• Organisational Design: Using established tools and methods, assist in the delivery of organisational design which may involve initiating organisational and cultural changes for leadership alignment, change leadership, stakeholder and employee engagement, large scale programme design, organisation performance, and communications;
• Project Delivery: Set up, initiate and deliver projects across a variety of industries using BDO Eaton Square project management approaches and tools. This involves the managing of project budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery;

You Must Have :

• 3rd level Business Degree / Masters or professional qualification - ideally MSc Consulting or CIMA
• Either 2+ years’ consultancy experience or 5+ years in senior industry management roles in Ireland / UK.
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.)
• Project Management Skills – ideally qualification
• Fluent English both written and verbal and where relevant, a Visa to work in Ireland

• Able to comfortably engage, challenge and support c-suite level clients 
• Excellent facilitator, communicator, presenter with an ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Clearly proactive, entrepreneurial, innately curious and a creative problem solver. 
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work and deliver in ambiguous situations
• Up for working on great projects, with great clients while having fun delivering top quality results.
• Driven to grow yourself personally and professionally and support your colleagues to do this too.

Our Head office is in Dublin City Centre just off Stephens' Green with an office in Cork. Our Management Consultants spend time on client sites also. We are an equal opportunities employer.

Remuneration is dependent on experience but will be in the range of €50k - €65k and we promote our people as soon as they prove they are ready not when the calendar counts down.  We're growing fast, and we want you to grow with us.
