This is the chance to join a global FTSE250 business in a highly commercial Finance Analyst / Accountant role. This offers great scope for internal progression, with pathways towards either FC or more commercial roles, that has a key FP&A focus and is based in their London Head Office.

The Client
As a FTSE250 business with a large global presence, our client is a well-established company who oversees some of the largest civil and defence contracts around the globe, with a key focus in the engineering & asset management space.
They are a large business with a huge finance function on the whole, thus offering great potential for internal progress, however this role sits at sector level within a team of 10 of mixed ability. This offers a great learning platform for someone looking to progress within industry and build up their own skill set, alongside the opportunity to mentor juniors within the team.
Their statutory reporting is outsourced and they don't have a set FP&A function and as such they are looking to bring in a Finance Analyst / Accountant to strengthen the London team and to take ownership of the commercial elements.

The Role
This Finance Analyst role is hybrid and so there is an element of management reporting and analysis alongside the more operational and commercial FP&A focus. The role reports into the Assistant Finance Director with key responsibilities including:
