Finance Business Partner

Interim Finance Business Partner job based in West Sussex, up to £50k equivalent

Your new company
You will be working for a not for profit organisation based in West Sussex, on an interim basis for two months.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing finance and business support to a range of business units across the organisation. The focus will be to provide clear strategic financial leadership, delivering robust operational and financial management whilst improving cost effectiveness. You will provide an accurate finance information service to budget holders and the maintenance and development of IT systems, monthly results for incorporation into the monthly finance pack with full variance commentary that adequately explains variances against budget and forecast, and updated monthly forecasts reflecting the views of budget holders gained through regular meetings.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACMA) with strong business partnering experience. You will have the influencing skills necessary to persuade others and create successful and effective working relationships, along with excellent communication skills including the ability to write succinct reports and clearly explain complex financial issues.
